Job Summary:
We are seeking a Document Controller to manage and organize documents for our projects. Responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files, and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Success in this role requires previous experience reviewing technical documents and a keen eye for error detection. Ultimately, you will support our operations by maintaining transparent, up-to-date, and easily accessible documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Copy, scan, and store documents; check for accuracy and edit files, such as contracts.
  • Review and update technical documents, including manuals and workflows.
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
  • File documents in physical and digital records, ensuring proper organization.
  • Create templates for future document use.
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management processes.
  • Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Proficient typing and editing skills; strong data organization abilities.
