  • At least secondary school graduate or preferably with a technical training certificate related to office management and document control
  • Male at least 22-25 years old
  • Minimum two (2) years of work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in Human Resources functions
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge in operating photocopier, scanner, fax machine and other office equipment
  • Knowledge in administrative functions
  • Knowledge of document control and management
