Document Controller

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company and project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all important documents for the company and projects.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly filed, stored, and accessible when needed.
  • Control issuance, distribution, and receipt of all project-related documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, etc.).
  • Prepare and update document registers, logs, and trackers.
  • Ensure that document numbering, revision control, and formatting are followed according to company/project standards.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before distributing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants for document submissions and approvals.
  • Archive and maintain historical records of documentation for future reference.
  • Generate reports on document status and communicate to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
