Job Description:

Document Controller (UAE National)

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Controller (UAE National) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process project documents (e.g., drawings, reports, correspondence) through defined steps, following established procedures and guidelines.

• Register, track, and monitor documents using document management software; maintain databases, logs, transmittals, and basic reports.

• Scan, upload, and organize documents for electronic storage to ensure clear labeling and easy retrieval.

• Help maintain the project’s document distribution system and schedule, and support timely review, approval, and release of documents.

• Provide basic administrative support when needed (e.g., light typing, filing, answering phones), while working cooperatively with the project team.

• Perform other related tasks appropriate to an entry-level role, contributing as a reliable, organized, and deadline-focused team member.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school diploma (or equivalent); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Ideally 1 year of administrative experience; candidates with strong interest in administrative work and learning document control tasks will also be considered.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Word, and Excel.

• Able to work with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or willing to learn quickly.

• Good written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and management.

• Must be a UAE National.
