Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, classify, and distribute all project documents according to company procedures.
- Maintain document control systems, ensuring version control, tracking, and archiving.
- Support project teams in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in contractor and client communication, including submitting and tracking documents.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as office supplies management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements regarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project approvals, submittals, and correspondences.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely document processing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Document Controller or Admin in oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems; knowledge of SharePoint or project control software is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Experience in oil & gas or engineering projects.
- Familiarity with project workflows, approvals, and technical documentation.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
