Job Title: HR Assistant (with Audit Management Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with at least 2 years of HR experience and a strong background in HR audit management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations through effective audit preparation and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations Support
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital)
- Support payroll processing by providing timely and accurate employee data
- Administer employee benefits and maintain related documentation
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems
Audit & Compliance Management
- Manage and organize HR documentation in preparation for internal and external audits
- Ensure HR files and databases are audit-ready and compliant with labor laws and company policies
- Work closely with internal auditors and external agencies during audits
- Identify gaps or risks in documentation and propose corrective actions
- Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of required HR audits and reports
Policy & Process Improvement
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations and compliance workflows
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of all HR data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Demonstrated experience in HR audits and compliance management
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Experience with ISO, SOC, or other regulatory audit frameworks
