Document Controller (Assistant)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Maintain proper filing system (hard copy and electronic).
  • Keep record of drawings, submittals, and project documents.
  • Ensure latest approved documents are available to the team.
  • Prepare document transmittals and reports.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site team, and consultants.
  • Archive completed project documents.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in a construction company.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Experience with document control systems (Aconex/EDMS preferred).
  • Good organizational and communication skills
