Document Handling Specialist (MS Office & Photoshop Expert)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Handling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, along with basic administrative experience.

This role is essential for ensuring accurate document processing and smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Handle document editing, scanning, and proper organization
  • Perform image editing and document formatting using Adobe Photoshop
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation systems efficiently
  • Support administrative tasks and assist in daily office operations
  • Ensure all documents meet company and client standards
  • Assist in data entry and database management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in document handling or administrative role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills (Urdu + basic English)

Preferred / Additional Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience is highly preferred
  • Candidate having a personal bike will be considered a plus
  • Familiarity with database management or office systems
