Documentation Officer

Job Brief:

The resource is responsible for managing, organising, maintaining, and tracking all documents related to building operations, including agreements, approvals, technical records, and compliance documents. The role ensures that all documents are properly recorded, securely stored, easily accessible, and updated in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:



  • Maintain and organise all STR & LTR unit documentation at the Head Office.
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and archiving of building-related documents.
  • Maintain both physical and digital records of agreements, approvals, and related documents.
  • Manage documentation related to rental agreements, addendums, and renewals.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documents before record entry.
  • Track agreement expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
  • Maintain and manage the centralised repository of SOPs and policy documents.
  • Weekly Visit of each ZD building.
  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.


Must Have:

  • Knowledge of document control procedures, record management, and filing systems.
  • Understanding of Short-Term Rental (STR) and Long-Term Rental (LTR) operational documentation.
  • Knowledge of document verification and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of confidential document handling and data protection practices.
  • Ability to maintain document logs, registers, and reporting records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Presentation Tools:

Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Power BI, MS Word, MS Power Point, tools.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelors, Preferably Masters.
  • Location: Lahore.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient with MS office and strong communication, verbal skills are mandatory.
