Dog Adventure Hiker (Earn $140–$210+/Day)

At DogCentric Society, we don’t run a traditional daycare.

We pick up dogs and take them on structured outdoor adventures — pack hikes, trail time, and high-energy days that leave dogs fulfilled and tired.

This is an active, fast-paced role for someone who prefers being outside and moving, not sitting behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up dogs from clients’ homes
• Transport them safely to our doghouse and trails
• Lead structured pack hikes (up to ~2 miles)
• Manage group behavior and ensure safety at all times
• Return dogs home and provide updates

Schedule

• Typically 8:00 AM – ~2:30/3:00 PM
• Mix of weekdays and some weekends
• Some days are lighter, some are busier

Pay

$140–$210+ per day depending on dog count

Compensation includes:

• Daily base pay
• Additional pay per dog handled
• Daily gas/vehicle stipend

Busy days = higher earnings.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle (SUV, van, or truck preferred)
• Comfortable driving with multiple dogs
• Physically capable of hiking and outdoor work
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
