Job Description – Draftsman (Civil / MEP / Architectural / Infrastructure)Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Draftsmen to support ongoing Dubai-based infrastructure and construction projects. The role involves preparing accurate drawings in compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements
• Develop detailed drawings based on designs, specifications, and site requirements
• Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants, and Project Teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Modify and update drawings as per site changes and consultant comments
• Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other authority standards
• Maintain proper drawing registers and document control procedures
• Attend coordination meetings when required and support technical clarifications
• Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• 5-7 years of UAE experience (Dubai experience mandatory)
• RTA project experience preferred (for Civil/Infrastructure roles)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations and standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
