Draftsman – Civil & Landscape

Job Overview

We are seeking a Draftsman (Civil & Landscape) with 3–5 years of UAE experience to prepare accurate and detailed drawings for civil and landscape projects. The candidate will support engineering and site teams by producing shop drawings, IFC, and as-built drawings in compliance with UAE authority standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and landscape drawings, including shop drawings, IFC, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Update and revise drawings based on consultant and authority comments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and drawing clarifications as required.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and revision control.
• Provide technical support to site teams during execution.

Key Requirements & Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in civil and landscape drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards (DM, DEWA, RTA, ADM – as applicable).
• Experience in roads, utilities, grading, hardscape, and softscape works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering / Drafting.
• Experience working with UAE consultants or contractors.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is an added advantage.
