Hiring: Draftsman / Estimator – Joinery & Fit-Out

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Custom Joinery

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings for joinery and fit-out works.
• Develop accurate cost estimates including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Collaborate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs.
• Revise drawings and estimates based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of UAE/GCC experience in joinery and fit-out drafting and estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of joinery detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
