Driver Cum Site Supervisor

Drive company vehicles responsibly to transfer cleaning personnel, tools, and materials to assigned sites. Lead and oversee cleaning crews on location, ensuring all work is carried out in line with company quality standards. Plan daily work schedules, allocate responsibilities, and track team performance. Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and promptly report any shortages or equipment service requirements. Respond to client inquiries courteously and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Enforce all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures across job sites.

Requirements:
Holders of a valid UAE driving license (Manual) with a good driving history. Prior exposure to cleaning operations or supervisory roles is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills. Capability to supervise teams, address on-site concerns, and support operations as needed. Physically able to assist with cleaning activities when required. Reliable, punctual, customer-oriented, and ready for immediate joining.
