Drop shipping Expert – E-commerce Department

Horizon Tech is looking for an experienced Drop shipping Expert to join our growing e-commerce department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of drop shipping operations, product sourcing, supplier negotiation, order fulfillment, and inventory management. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, optimize product margins, and grow revenue through strategic supplier and product selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable drop shipping suppliers (local and international).
• Manage the entire drop shipping supply chain, from product listing to order fulfillment.
• Work with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar to manage product catalogues and integrations.
• Set up and manage automated order routing, inventory syncing, and shipping notifications.
• Monitor stock levels, supplier performance, shipping times, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce and marketing teams to select high-converting and trending products.
• Optimize product pricing and margins based on shipping costs, supplier fees, and competitor analysis.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, defective products, and customer disputes.
• Stay updated with eCommerce trends, drop shipping tools, and compliance requirements (e.g., taxes, import duties).
• Utilize tools like DSers, Oberlo (legacy), AutoDS, Spocket, or CJ Drop shipping for fulfillment management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in drop shipping, preferably in a high-volume eCommerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms, including app integrations for dropshipping.
• Experience with AliExpress, Alibaba, CJ Drop shipping, Spocket, or private suppliers.
• Understanding of international logistics, customs, and fulfilment workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product trends, pricing, and conversion data.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and SKUs efficiently.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with private-label drop shipping or transitioning to branded fulfilment.
• Familiarity with paid advertising and product testing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Experience working with cross-border drop shipping (US, EU, UK, AUS).
• Knowledge of automated drop shipping tools and platforms.

Other Details:

• Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Full Time).
• Office location: Shaheed-E-Millat Road, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
