Dropshipping Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dropshipping Store Manager to oversee and create & grow our online store. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing all aspects of dropshipping operations, including supplier coordination, customer service, and digital marketing

**Responsibilities:**

* Monitor and manage order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.

* Communicate effectively with suppliers (AliExpress, Alibaba, etc.) to resolve shipping or product issues.

* Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

* Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram (preferred).

* Regularly update product listings, prices, and inventory in the store.

* Generate and analyze sales and performance reports to recommend improvements.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience managing dropshipping stores, preferably on Shopify.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and ad management is a plus.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

* Commitment to quality, professionalism, and deadlines.
