As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse , ensuring an outstanding guest experience, smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and facility presentation.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise all clubhouse operations, including reception, housekeeping, F&B, sports, and leisure activities.
  • Ensure that all club facilities are clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Customer Service & Experience:

  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a strong presence in public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate member events, activities, and functions within the clubhouse.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate clubhouse staff to deliver top-quality service.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily reports, shift schedules, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance procedures.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and operational needs.

Financial & Resource Control:

  • Support in managing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor operational costs and identify areas for efficiency improvement.


To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field .
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in club or hospitality management, preferably within a real estate or community setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service excellence.
