Purpose of the Role:
Support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth front desk operations, maintaining excellent client service, and effectively managing branch administrative tasks and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations
Oversee daily reception duties, ensuring clients are greeted warmly and technicians are informed of schedules. Maintain accurate records, cash handling, and adherence to SOPs. Ensure the reception area reflects brand standards and professionalism.
Appointment & System Management
Manage client bookings, reconfirmations, and follow-ups in the Phorest system. Ensure accurate client data, therapist scheduling, and leave management. Monitor branch checklists and maintain updated records and reports.
Client Relations & Service Quality
Deliver a high standard of customer service by resolving client concerns promptly and professionally. Promote BBL services and retail products while maintaining a positive and welcoming branch environment.
Team & Branch Support
Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, including reporting, stock control, scheduling, and cost management. Support team coordination, ensure compliance with policies, and supervise the branch in the manager’s absence.
