We are expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties and are looking for a Property Acquisition Manager to lead our acquisition efforts in Dubai. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with proven experience in the holiday homes, Airbnb, or short-term rental sector. If you have a background in real estate leasing, property sourcing, or managing short-term rental units, this opportunity offers a platform to grow with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source residential units directly from landlords, developers, and real estate agents
• Negotiate and close master lease agreements (1–5 years) for use as holiday homes
• Evaluate properties for short-term rental ROI and ensure compliance with DTCM regulations
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and brokers
• Work closely with operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property sourcing, business development, or holiday homes
• Proven track record in lease negotiation and property onboarding
• Strong network within Dubai's real estate market
• Solid understanding of Ejari, DTCM licensing, and local property regulations
• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in negotiation and relationship management
