Job Summary

Our client is growing chartered accountant firm in the UAE, serving diverse SME and corporate clients. They are looking for a driven Sales Associate with a proven track record in accounting, audit, and tax consultancy to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients in the UAE market
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Understand client needs and offer tailored accounting, audit, and tax solutions
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in accounting, audit, or tax consultancy in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE business environment, regulations, and market trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English & Arabic preferred)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a growth-oriented environment
• Driving license (must)
• Based in UAE
