Location: Islamabad (Onsite) | Remote within Pakistan

Exposure: International Projects (Pakistan | Nordics | UK | USA)

This role is ideal for a consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Manufacturing & Production or the Projects module, who has successfully delivered full-cycle implementations and is confident working directly with global stakeholders.

This role is onsite for Islamabad-based candidates and remote for applicants from other cities within Pakistan. You will play a key role in delivering scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Analyze business processes and design scalable ERP solutions
• Configure and implement:

- Manufacturing & Production moduleOR

- Projects module

• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
• Support AX 2012 to D365 migration projects where applicable
• Perform system configuration, documentation, and parameterization
• Support Data Migration, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
• Provide post-go-live functional support and optimization
• Ensure adherence to ERP best practices and structured implementation methodology

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing & Production OR Projects module
• Solid understanding of:

- D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM)

- ERP configuration and process mapping

- Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

• Experience working with international clients (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to independently lead workshops and client discussions
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Microsoft Certifications (preferred)
