E-Commerce And Brand Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce & Brand Manager to oversee our stock management, social media strategy, and brand aesthetic. This role bridges operations and creativity, ensuring our collections are well-presented, stocked smartly across channels, and marketed with strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Stock Management

  • Decide what stock should go online vs. offline stores based on sales trends and demand.
  • Plan and execute stock rotation to avoid dead stock and maximize sell-through.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse & retail teams for stock movement and replenishment.

Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies for inventory optimization.

Branding & Marketing Supervision

  • Manage social media - content planning & execution.
  • Oversee paid ads & organic content – including reels, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Approve and supervise photoshoots, ensuring styling, imagery, and content reflect the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing to plan creative campaigns.

Website & Aesthetic Oversight

  • Review the website look & feel regularly – ensuring product uploads, imagery, and banners are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
  • Collaborate with Logistics ,marketing and Finance team For Smooth end to end operations
  • Maintain consistency in tone, imagery, and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Research industry trends to bring fresh ,innovative ideas for customer engagement

Coordinate with the e-commerce team for product descriptions, categorization, and UI/UX improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
