E-commerce Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving growth through effective product listings, digital marketing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about ecommerce trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across ecommerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.), including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor website and online store performance, ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, email campaigns, and digital advertising strategies.
• Analyze ecommerce KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer retention; provide actionable insights.
• Research and recommend tools, apps, or integrations to enhance ecommerce functionality.
• Coordinate with operations/fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely shipping.
• Stay up-to-date on ecommerce best practices, emerging trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail experience.
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools for basic graphic editing.
• Familiarity with CRM, email automation, or social commerce platforms.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
