Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Associate Project Manager to lead and execute e-commerce website projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, aligning client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery by coordinating with multiple teams, including creative, web development, quality assurance, operations, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scope Management

• Engage with clients to define and lock project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

2. Cross-Team Coordination & Execution

• Align and onboard all internal teams (creative, web development, quality, operations, and products) to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all teams adhere to client requirements and project deadlines.

3. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring transparency and timely delivery.

4. Quality Assurance & Go-Live Readiness

• Ensure all website features meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Coordinate final testing and approvals before website launch.
• Oversee post-launch monitoring and troubleshooting.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Use project management tools to track milestones, budgets, and team performance.
• Prepare reports and insights for internal and client reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital environment.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• PMP is a plus.
• Experience working with UX/UI, digital marketing, or e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of website development processes and e-commerce platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
