Job Summary

Selsabil Shop LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to manage and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities, improving online customer experience, and supporting digital growth initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces, and social media shops).
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery tracking with logistics teams.
• Monitor website performance and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales.
• Handle customer inquiries related to online orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with marketing teams to improve SEO, product visibility, and digital advertising performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase online sales.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail operations.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media selling platforms (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop).
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
• Knowledge of product photography or content management is an advantage.
