E-Commerce Coordinator - Nest Hotel

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing the hotel's online presence across booking platforms, brand websites, and digital channels. This role ensures accurate content, competitive pricing, and consistent branding to maximize online visibility, bookings, and revenue for the hotel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the hotel's listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), brand websites, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure accuracy of content, descriptions, images, promotions, and room availability across all online channels.
• Monitor competitor rates and update pricing strategies in coordination with the Revenue Manager.
• Assist in implementing online promotions, campaigns, and special offers to increase sales.
• Track and analyse online booking performance, preparing reports for management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and digital presence.
• Respond to online reviews and guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the management of the hotel's website and social media channels as required.
• Liaise with front office and reservations teams to ensure smooth handling of online bookings.
• Stay updated on e-commerce and hospitality industry trends to recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field

EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience in hotel e-commerce, reservations, or digital marketing

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of OTAs, channel managers, and booking engines.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic preferred) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management is desirable.
