e-Commerce Data Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced e-Commerce Data Specialist with at least 2 years of proven experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling large product inventories, data categorization, and listing thousands of products across e-commerce platforms. This role requires advanced computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex software used for data uploads and website management.

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is highly preferred.

Collaborate with teams to optimize listings and identify process improvements for efficient scaling

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and update large product inventories.

· Categorize, format, and upload product data accurately to front-end platforms.

· Work with complex software tools and spreadsheets to ensure smooth data flow.

· Coordinate tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant e-commerce data role.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, data handling, formatting).

· Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

· Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software/tools.

· Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

· Ability to work the Evening shift (3 PM – 12 AM).

· Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

· Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other major e-commerce platforms.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
