Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels, enhancing customer experience, driving online sales, and implementing strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.).
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure proper order processing, shipment coordination, and after-sales support.
• Optimize product content for SEO to maximize online visibility.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales, campaigns, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and marketplaces for smooth operations.
• Stay updated with e-commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience of 2-3 years in e-commerce, online sales, and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
