Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on expertise in marketplace operations and D2C website management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling online marketplace accounts, inventory panels, and claims management while ensuring smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, TataCliq.
• Handle D2C website management (Shopify) including product listing, pricing, promotions, and order management.
• Work on Unicommerce Inventory Panel for product mapping, stock management, and order processing.
• Monitor daily sales, track performance metrics, and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with marketplaces for raising and managing wrong product/return claims.
• Optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve operational/logistics-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, accounts) for smooth functioning of e-commerce activities.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, TataCliq).
• Experience in Shopify store management (D2C).
• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce Inventory Management System.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle claims and disputes effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant e-commerce operations experience.
