E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, and online sales operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, updates, and content optimization on Amazon, Flipkart
• Create SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to improve visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for product images and marketing content.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product performance reports across all platforms.
• Handle daily order processing, shipment tracking, and return management.
• Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase conversions and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce product listing and catalog management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data handling.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with product photography coordination and catalog creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and marketplace advertising (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
