Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content on e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions to boost revenue.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective online sales strategies.
  • Track daily sales performance, conversion rates, and analyze data to optimize listings.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banner ads, promotions, and visibility campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers (Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg etc.).

Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce & Quick Commerce sales or online marketplace management.
  • Proven experience handling Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of online sales strategies, promotions, and pricing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in PPC ads, sponsored campaigns, and SEO optimization for product listings.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
