Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content on e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions to boost revenue.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective online sales strategies.
- Track daily sales performance, conversion rates, and analyze data to optimize listings.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banner ads, promotions, and visibility campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers (Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg etc.).
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce & Quick Commerce sales or online marketplace management.
- Proven experience handling Flipkart,Blinkit,Tata 1Mg or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of online sales strategies, promotions, and pricing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PPC ads, sponsored campaigns, and SEO optimization for product listings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
