E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing product listings, online promotions, order management, marketplace coordination, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (website and/or marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify and others
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stock-outs.
• Ensure accurate order processing, fulfillment, returns, and refunds.
• Track online sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions, bundles, and cross-selling.
• Support execution of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
