E-commerce Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Staff with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings, order management, and sales performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms
• Upload products, update prices, descriptions, images, and stock availability
• Monitor daily orders, fulfillment status, returns, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Handle promotions, deals, and campaigns on marketplace platforms
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and platform dashboards
• Resolve customer issues, claims, and feedback professionally
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of product listing optimization and order management
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and online sales reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling promotions and ads on Amazon or Noon
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with UAE e-commerce market is an advantage
