Job Overview:

We are hiring a skilled E-commerce Fashion Designer & International Sourcing Officer who can design fashion products and source clothing and fashion materials, watches, and accessories from international markets. The candidate should understand online selling requirements, supplier coordination, cost negotiation.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage product development from concept to final delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design (preferred) OR other graduation degree with relevant experiences
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fashion design and international sourcing of clothing and Fashion material.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garments, watches, and accessories.
• Knowledge of Pakistan import process is a plus.
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Design & Product Development:

• Design and develop fashion apparel, watches, and accessories for e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare design briefs, measurements, and product specifications for suppliers.
• Research international trends and adapt designs for the market.
• Assist in private labeling and brand development.

International Sourcing:

• Source products from international suppliers using Global Sources, and factory contacts.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
• Handle sample development, approvals, and bulk orders.
• Maintain supplier records and cost sheets.

Quality Control & Import Coordination:

• Ensure quality standards, sizing accuracy, and packaging compliance.
• Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and courier companies.

E-commerce Coordination:

• Support product listings with material details, sizing information, and pricing inputs.
• Work with marketing and operations teams for product launches.
• Maintain documentation related to suppliers and imports.
