The Role We are Bickford USA, a lean and growing American-made apparel brand, and we’re looking for a highly tactical E-Commerce Growth Marketer to take true ownership of our digital presence.
Right now, we operate primarily through paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We need a hands-on, end-to-end marketer who can step in, audit our current channels, and build a highly efficient game plan. We are a profit-first company: our initial ad spend is low, but we are ready to scale budgets dynamically as you prove profitability and drive results.
More importantly, we are looking for a leader. We need someone who instinctively understands our brand's rugged, uncompromising ethos and the direction we need to take it.
What You Will Do
- Brand & Strategy Leadership: Take the wheel. Guide our digital strategy and creative direction. We want your vision to shape how the world sees and experiences Bickford USA.
- Paid Media Buying: Take direct control of our Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Manage a tight, profit-first budget and unlock larger ad spend by driving real results.
- Content Creation: Be the creative engine. Conceptualize, shoot, or edit native-style, scroll-stopping content for Instagram and TikTok that fuels our paid ads and organic feeds.
- Lifecycle & Retention: Own our Klaviyo account. Build automated email flows and run weekly campaigns to our Shopify customer base to drive repeat purchases and build a fiercely loyal community.
- Influencer & Affiliate Growth: Launch and manage a lean influencer seeding program to get our apparel into the hands of the right creators to generate buzz and high-quality UGC.
What We’re Looking For
- An Entrepreneur, Not a "Coder": We aren't looking for someone who just stares at spreadsheets and runs sterile A/B tests all day. We want a creative visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset who knows how to build a brand's soul while driving profitable sales.
- Platform Mastery: You have deep, hands-on experience operating within Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- A Profit-First Mindset: You treat the ad budget like it's your own money. You know how to operate lean and optimize for profit, rather than just chasing top-line revenue or vanity metrics.
- Startup Grit: You are comfortable in a scrappy, zero-to-one environment. Prior experience marketing apparel/clothing is a major plus.
