E-Commerce & Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations, ensuring timely order processing, accurate packing, and smooth coordination of deliveries. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing dispatch lists, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process online orders as per the daily Excel order list.
• Pick, pack, and prepare delivery items accurately in line with company standards.
• Coordinate with courier and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor order tracking and handle any delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Support e-commerce operations including order management, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure packaging materials and stock are adequately maintained.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
