Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our company’s online sales operations and digital presence. This role involves developing and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing the online customer experience, managing promotional campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Marketing

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate channels.
• Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven campaigns and continuous performance optimization.

2. Platform & User Experience Management

• Oversee the e-commerce platform’s design, functionality, and performance to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and optimized customer journey.

3. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for growth, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions based on data insights.

4. Sales & Merchandising

• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency and a unified customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
