E-Commerce Manager

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Associate to oversee our online sales and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with online sales and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!

MUST have Amazon E-commerce experience - (NOON, Dubaistore, store4us etc.)

E-Commerce Associate Duties:

• Maintain a working knowledge of e-commerce industry, including appropriate eCommerce terminology, functionalities, trends, and best practices
• Contribute to the overall strategic development of the E-Commerce department by implementing critical changes, updates, and enhancements
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and develop strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze trends, competitive information, and market opportunities in order to recommend and implement new eCommerce initiatives and success strategies
• Propose innovative eCommerce ideas to management, including new initiatives
• Conduct ongoing market research on competitors, industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
• Conduct market and competitive research to develop effective strategic marketing plans
• Analyze and suggest improvements to the company’s eCommerce website, including layout, navigation, and design
• Complete any other duties and projects as may be assigned by management

E-Commerce Associate Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the company’s web store, including product design, development, management, and promotion
• Develop and execute SEO strategies
• Create and revise content, including writing and editing product descriptions
• Create and manage advertising campaigns, including making recommendations for budget and scheduling
• Research and test the best systems, tools, and procedures

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred
• 2+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations
• Effective relationship building with customers
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce
• Knowledge of marketing techniques
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Knowledge of web usability best practices

Marketing Representative duties and responsibilities

We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented marketing associates with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Marketing associates can expect to work closely with account executives and marketing managers, do research, edit copy, and follow trends. Usually overseen by marketing managers, their responsibilities include helping to collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction. They may also be asked to liaise between company and client, handle social media accounts, and help with event planning.

To be successful as a marketing associate you must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up-to-date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology.
