E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Manager to lead and expand the online operations of our footwear brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of e-commerce, driving online sales growth, and delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces
• Optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing strategies
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and customer service activities
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to improve performance
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a consistent, user-friendly, and high-quality brand presence across all digital channels

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within fashion or footwear
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, or similar marketplaces
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media advertising
• Experience managing multiple online sales channels
• Strong expertise in product content management and brand positioning
