WhatsApp Chat Support Executive (E-commerce)

We are hiring a WhatsApp Chat Support Executive for our fast-growing e-commerce brand. Your main role will be to handle customer conversations, confirm orders, collect details, and ensure smooth order booking.

If you can communicate clearly, handle customers smartly, and close orders through chat — this role is for you.

Timing: 10 am-6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp in a timely manner
• Guide customers about products and offers
• Confirm orders by communicating effectively
• Collect complete customer details (Name, Address, Contact, etc.)
• Enter and book orders in the system
• Handle objections and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Urdu + basic English)
• Experience in customer support or sales (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple chats at once
• Basic computer skills
• Fast typing speed
• Problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
