E-commerce Manager (with Customer Support)

DigiExpo is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager with Customer Support experience to manage our Shopify store and handle customer queries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and should be comfortable managing online store tasks and communicating directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management

  • Manage and update products, categories, pricing, inventory, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate promotions, banners, and discount codes with the team.
  • Track order status, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and update customers.
  • Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion.
  • Handle store performance reporting and suggest improvements.

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions and customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty by providing an excellent support experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store (preferably Shopify).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to handle customer service professionally and efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce workflows.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel, or Shopify Apps.
  • Experience with customer support platforms (like Zendesk or Gorgias).
  • Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and return policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
