E - Commerce Market Place Specialist (Amazon & Etsy)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing stores on Amazon and Etsy.

Requirements:

* 3–4 years of proven experience in Amazon and Etsy account management

* Strong knowledge of;

* Product Listing Creation & Optimization

* SEO & Keyword Research

* PPC Campaign Management (Amazon Sponsored Ads)

* Product Launch & Ranking Strategies

* Inventory Management

* Account Health Monitoring

* Order Management & Customer Support

* Competitor Analysis

* A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content

* Brand Registry Management

* Variation Listings

* Flat File Uploads

* Catalog Troubleshooting

* Reimbursement & Case Management

* Storefront Setup & Optimization

* Etsy SEO and Etsy Ads Management

* Ability to analyze sales data and improve conversion rates

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow Amazon and Etsy stores

* Optimize listings for higher visibility and sales

* Run and monitor PPC campaigns

* Conduct market and competitor research

* Improve account performance and profitability

* Handle customer queries and account-related issues

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Preferred Skills:

* Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, MerchantWords

* Canva or basic graphic editing

* Excel/Google Sheets reporting

* Product sourcing and market research experience
