We’re Hiring: E-commerce Operations Associate (Onsite – Islamabad)
KM Ustawana International is expanding its Global Ecommerce operations, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team.
If you have hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and fulfilment across multiple marketplaces
- Handle customer support and maintain high response standards
- Create, update, and optimize product listings
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
- Follow up with suppliers and track shipments
- Maintain operational reports and support overall workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience working on one or more e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong understanding of order management and marketplace operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
