E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day online business activities, including product listing, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service coordination, and sales reporting to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online store/marketplace product listings and updates.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Process orders, handle returns/cancellations, and coordinate with logistics.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, returns, and customer feedback.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge & hands on experience of E-commerce platforms.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Communication and coordination ability.
• Problem-solving and time management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
