Motifz Textile is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Shopify and hands-on experience in order management, fulfillment, and online retail workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

• Manage and process online orders through Shopify (data correction, confirmation, courier label generation)
• Coordinate with dispatch team for timely shipment
• Monitor order tracking and update status
• Oversee order fulfillment and issue credit vouchers when required
• Handle customer complaints and manage re-dispatch cases
• Coordinate with production team for inventory planning
• Close POS and maintain Daily Cash Flow (DCF)
• Reconcile returns from courier portals with sales system
• Prepare and maintain daily receivables reports

Weekly Tasks:

• Review pending and dispatched orders
• Perform bulk inventory updates on Shopify
• Conduct reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances

Monthly Tasks:

• Prepare month-end reconciliations and adjustments
• Reconcile DHL invoices and process payments
• Manage packing material procurement and related payments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations or Online Order Management (preferably in textile or retail sector)
• Strong command of Shopify and MS Excel
• Solid understanding of order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Male candidates preferred
• Must be Lahore-based (on-site role)
