E-Commerce Specialist

  • Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website (product listings, pricing, content, promotions).
  • Monitor website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO, conversions, and user experience.
  • Manage inventory synchronization and ensure accurate product availability online.
  • Oversee order processing, customer service coordination, and returns management.
  • Analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROAS.
  • Implement strategies to improve online sales performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO principles.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
