E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, online promotions, marketplace operations, and improving the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
• Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
• Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Run promotional campaigns and assist with digital marketing activities.
• Track website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for website updates.
• Ensure smooth payment gateway and checkout operations.
• Optimize product pages for SEO and better conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, Daraz, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Basic graphic editing knowledge is a plus.
