E-commerce Support Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Support Specialist to oversee and manage daily e-commerce support operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal teams. The E-commerce Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining DFlushi FZCO’s reputation for excellence in online retail services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, payment, and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Support product listings, updates, and digital catalog management.
  • Prepare reports on e-commerce support performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and online customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s e-commerce regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce support, customer service, or digital operations.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and online retail processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and e-commerce management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
