E-commerce VA

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily e-commerce operations, ensure smooth order management, and help drive efficiency across multiple online platforms. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy.)
• Update product details, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy
• Monitor and process customer orders, returns, and cancellations promptly
• Provide customer support via email, chat, or social media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Track shipments and coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouses
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and product trends
• Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and digital marketing tasks
• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce VA, Customer Support VA, or similar role
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, etc.)
• Familiarity with order management, product listing optimization, and inventory tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or basic graphic design is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
• Experience with CRM systems or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias)
• Familiarity with social media management for e-commerce brands

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
