E-commerce VA

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Private Label, White Label, Stock-based, and Dropshipping models, and will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, product management, order processing, and performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and TikTok Shop
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
• Handle Private Label and White Label product listings
• Manage stock inventory and dropshipping products
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Product & Listing Optimization

• Conduct product research and competitor analysis
• Optimize listings for SEO, conversion rate, and visibility
• Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and discounts
• Coordinate A+ content (Amazon) and enhanced listing formats where applicable

Order & Inventory Management

• Process and monitor orders across all platforms
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and dropshipping partners
• Track inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overselling
• Handle returns, refunds, and replacements

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a professional and timely manner
• Manage disputes, claims, chargebacks, and negative feedback
• Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction scores

Advertising & Growth Support

• Assist with Amazon PPC, eBay promotions, and TikTok Shop campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic sales reports
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce VA or Marketplace Manager
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of:
• Private Label & White Label business models
• Stock-based & Dropshipping operations
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA / FBM
• Basic knowledge of product research and keyword tools
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, ZIK Analytics, or similar
• Experience handling TikTok Shop product approvals and compliance
• Basic graphic or listing image coordination skills
• Experience working with UK, EU, or US marketplaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
